In conjunction with the Chinatown Rotary Club, CMP is conducting a survey to assess the impact of COVID-19 virus on small businesses in our community. The survey will also serve to determine the most responsive ways for us to help small businesses to recovery from the negative impacts of the pandemic.
Please take a moment to complete the survey as best as you can. The survey is anonymous but with the option to include your name and contact information for future services and follow-up.

In order to learn and hear more from our community, we extended the length of the survey, as well as the raffle prize period.
Now the Raffle Prize entry period will end at 5 p.m. EST on November 30, 2020 (the "Raffle Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Raffle Period.
